1-Year Limited Warranty

Legacy in Grain warrants that its wood dining tables are free from manufacturing defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.


What This Warranty Covers:

  • Structural defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship

  • Failures of joinery or construction under normal residential interior use

  • Cracks, splits, or warping that result directly from manufacturing defects

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:​

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, finish wear, or color changes over time

  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity levels, or direct sunlight

  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, color, or character marks

  • Movement or expansion of solid wood due to environmental conditions

  • Damage occurring after delivery, including handling or moving damage

  • Commercial or non-residential use (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

  • Exterior use

Customer Responsibilities:

To maintain warranty coverage, the customer must:

  • Follow all care and maintenance instructions provided by Legacy in Grain

  • Keep the furniture in appropriate interior environmental conditions (40–60% relative humidity recommended)


Warranty Remedies:

If a defect covered by this warranty is reported within the warranty period, Legacy in Grain will, at its
discretion:

  • Repair the defective item,

  • Replace the defective component or item, or

  • Issue a refund or credit not to exceed the original purchase price.


This warranty does not cover any labor, transportation, or shipping costs unless required by law.
Remedies under this warranty are limited to the original purchase price of the item.


Limitations:

This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. No other
warranties, express or implied (including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose),
apply beyond the extent permitted by law.
